In October 2023, the NSW Spaces team proudly acquired a state-of-the-art 1200m² facility in North Penrith, strategically located just 20 kilometres from the new Western Sydney Airport and the rapidly developing Aerotropolis of Bradfield. This significant upgrade from our previous 200m² premises in Jamisontown marks a transformative step for our operations.
Since the acquisition, we have been diligently upgrading the warehouse, amenities, and office spaces, and we have successfully converted part of the facility into a cutting-edge showroom. This new space has already yielded positive results, attracting regular visits from prominent clients such as Virbac Animal Health.
Our expansion has also allowed us to establish a dedicated workshop focused on fabricating the innovative Spacemaster 2.0 product. With over 200 pallet spaces in our racking system, we can now efficiently store and manage multiple large projects simultaneously. This capability has been particularly beneficial for accommodating finished products for the Flinders University project, fabricated right here in Penrith.
We are in the process of implementing a robust system to stock our popular joinery items, leveraging our enhanced storage capabilities to better serve our customers.
