Tersa Earth Innovations

Tersa Earth is a carbon-neutral solutions provider and environmental remediation expert, specializing in eliminating mining tailings ponds. What began as a small biotech startup based out of the University of British Columbia quickly became a large-scale testing lab employing more than 15 people. With this growth, came the need for a new space to accommodate Tersa’s team and visions for the future.

The Spaces team were contacted early in the process to assist Tersa with finding a suitable space that could meet their current & future needs. Once a space was secured, the team started brainstorming and planning ways to maximize their new space, focusing on flexibility and efficient workflows. A custom layout was presented that could support Tersa’s objectives and our team got to work pulling together the components to bring the laboratory to life.

The result achieved was a spacious, future-proof testing facility featuring custom-built modular casework, quality service spines, tapware & fixtures and plenty of storage for chemicals & equipment. A focal point was the island benching and bench mounted service spines with the power to run all their equipment.
