Located close by the Bankstown Airport, Georges River Grammar provides a caring learning environment that actively strives to provide opportunities for every child to achieve their potential as well as experience success and enjoyment in their spiritual, academic, social and physical endeavours.
The Westlab projects team was engaged by GRG to provide expertise and input for their refurbishment of a science lab space. A focus on an efficient teaching space with student appeal was emulated through the final design, with the Australian made Modulab Connect lab joinery system providing all the key criteria.
The perimeter student pods efficiently provided access to services whilst not encroaching on theory-based student areas, and the cabinetry colours chosen reflect the schools colour palette.
The outcome of this project was a clean looking science teaching space with functionality, adaptability and aestheticism all being comfortably achieved, much to the satisfaction of the client.
