The Líl̓wat Nation partnered with Capilano University in the 1990s to establish Ts̓zil Learning Centre. Located in the Sea-to-Sky corridor, Ts̓zil serves British Columbia’s northern communities by providing a wide range of academic and cultural university-level programs.
The facilities team at Ts̓zil Learning Centre contacted Westlab in view of creating a new science space to meet 21st century needs. The Westlab Spaces team focused on maximizing the existing space and creating a modular layout, while delivering the components under a tight timeline. The space features Westlab’s own Modulab Connect system and the Gratnells Bin Storage System.
The result is a fresh, modular, science environment for the students, designed to facilitate growth in the years to come.
