Applied Mining Technologies are a leading engineering company in the mining automation industry, with a strong focus on innovative product development. Following a recent relocation, AMT approached Westlab’s project team to assist in the design, manufacture and installation of a purpose built electronics/tech lab.
The Modulab Connect system met key criteria for being functional, adaptable and relocatable for future changes. Additionally, a fast turnaround time for manufacture and installation was required to ensure the R&D team could continue their activities without unnecessary delay.
The final outcome achieved was a clean looking R&D lab space with both flexible and functional characteristics, whilst efficiently using the space available.
